求助，关于撞人误工费的问题

《糖不吃哟》 我爸三轮车右转被电动车追尾，全责，对方医药费检查费才花了700，现在还要300一天的误工费，开了14天病假！
我觉得太多了，交警也没调节，现在对方直接起诉法院了，我猜测对方休息了一两天就去上班了。
有经验的吧友能说说吗?怎么破！
实在不行，法院判了无力赔偿，让我爸做老赖不知道行不行！！
